• Analyze and Prepare RFQs from various channels.
• Proactively engage with customers to clarify requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews of 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Perform file modifications and repairs for manufacturability.
• Maintain and update quote databases in real-time.
• Respond to service requests via ZenDesk and email.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a technology field.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Magics).
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in manufacturing technologies.
• Vocational training or experience in injection molding is desired.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills.
