AWS Cloud Support Engineer - Remote

Xideral is a company with over 20 years focused on the digital market, Information and Communication Technologies, currently looking for a Cloud Support Engineer.

In Short

• Provide technical support for AWS cloud solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud applications and services.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to optimize and maintain infrastructure.
• Participate in infrastructure as code (IaC) projects.

Requirements

• Advanced English - MANDATORY.
• University degree in Information Technologies, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Cloud Support Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and its infrastructure, including IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, VPC, load balancing, monitoring, and auditing.
• Experience in Unix/Linux system administration, commands, and utilities.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills for AWS applications.
• Experience with configuration management and scripting tools (Shell, Python).
• Ability to analyze patterns, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Residing in CDMX or Guadalajara.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Relevant AWS certifications.
