Overview

The Small Business Onboarding Specialist at Xero will engage with customers during their first 90 days of using the platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and maximizing satisfaction.

In Short

  • Engage with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide product demonstrations and address customer pain points.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct live consultations via Google Meet.
  • Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed onboarding completion and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of Xero features and industry best practices.
  • Support projects within the Asia region.
  • Work in a global remote environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Consulting or implementation experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Xero is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage with customers via various platforms.
  • Proactive in spotting opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay or other Asian languages are a plus.
