Overview

The Manager of Data Loss Prevention is responsible for overseeing the development and management of enterprise data protection capabilities, ensuring the security of critical data assets at Cencora.

In Short

• Lead the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cybersecurity Engineering team.
• Implement and manage DLP capabilities and data protection solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and Architecture teams on security projects.
• Ensure compliance and minimize data breach risks.
• Drive the development of security policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor teams of Information Security professionals.
• Develop metrics and provide reporting on security posture.
• Interface with stakeholders on security issues.
• Implement Zero Trust principles across the organization.
• Support external and customer security audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of combined IT and security experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and techniques.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional project management capabilities.
• Experience with DLP, CASB, and other security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
