Overview

The Sr. Manager of Data will connect data consumers and leaders across MeridianLink to drive data literacy and alignment via a data center of excellence.

• Responsible for the overall success and adoption of certified datasets and analysis tools.
• Manage a team of Data Analysts and establish a thriving data community.
• Drive alignment of certified data definitions and KPI calculations.
• Manage requirements and delivery within a scrum framework.
• Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure compliance with data-related laws and maintain relevant knowledge.
• 6+ years of experience in data-related roles.
• Experience managing virtual teams and working with key business leaders.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and scrum tools like Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience driving data governance initiatives.
• Experience with Business Intelligence software.
• 2-4 years' experience managing data teams.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of core business processes like Quote to Cash.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
