The Investigator I - Diversion Control role at Cencora is focused on supporting the Diversion Control Program through investigative research, customer due diligence, and collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Assists in the implementation of the Diversion Control Program.
• Conducts investigative research via the Internet and public record databases.
• Monitors and adjusts customer parameters as required.
• Acts as liaison with Sales and Customer Maintenance departments.
• Generates and reviews statistical data on a monthly basis.
• Assists with regulatory audits and compliance.
• Conducts targeted on-site pharmacy visits as assigned.
• Organizes and documents investigative processes for regulatory retrieval.
• Collaborates with peers and directors on duties and expectations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
