Overview

The Alphega Pharmacy Business Mentor will support independent pharmacies in the Yorkshire and North East area by implementing market strategies, coaching members, and ensuring compliance with business standards.

• Conduct annual assessments of member progress.
• Identify and rectify issues affecting member compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or retail industry.
• Proven ability in business development and execution.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Full driving license required.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• IT literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Preferred: MBA or degree in Business Development or Marketing.
