• Develops scope, schedules, and budgets for Utilities engineering work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of related field engineering experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of current technology and engineering software.
• Understanding of project execution responsibilities.
• Potential to perform in a lead capacity.
