Facilities Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the Facilities team at JLL, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the facility by promptly addressing and resolving facility-related issues, while also monitoring and evaluating critical environment equipment.

In Short

• Manage daily operations of the facility
• Conduct general repairs and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing
• Perform minor electrical works and installations
• Ensure compliance with operational standards
• Prepare conference rooms for events
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility
• Assist with relocations and office setups
• Monitor HVAC systems and resolve issues
• Support a diverse and inclusive workplace

Requirements

• Experience in building services and facility management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational and administration skills
• Forklift license preferred
• Ability to manage changing client needs
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Resilience and adaptability
