Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented UEWR Radar Test Engineer to join our team, providing engineering support for the Missile Defense Agency's Upgraded Early Warning Radar Project.

In Short

• Provide engineering support for the MDA Upgraded Early Warning Radar Project.
• Represent the program office in Integrated Product Teams related to radar system testing.
• Support Failure Review Board and Corrective Action activities.
• Track software development programs and identify potential issues.
• Produce and manage engineering documents and technical papers.
• Interface with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Apply disciplined systems engineering practices.
• Prepare executive level briefing packages and formal documentation.
• Work across organizational boundaries to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in missile defense or complex DoD projects.
• MS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Knowledge of phased array radar theory and design.
• Experience with Integrated Missile Defense Radar Systems.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Model Based System Engineering environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present information to leaders.
