Training Supervisor - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Supervisor to lead and train a team of Operators, developing customized training plans and materials to ensure operational excellence.

In Short

• Develop customized training plans and schedules.
• Train, develop, and mentor operators and supervisors.
• Create and deliver training materials to all operations staff and managers.
• Conduct in-service coaching and schedule testing and recertification.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring for newly hired staff.
• Review training materials periodically to reflect changes in technology and procedures.
• Maintain TMC operator qualification records.
• Assist in developing and updating TMC SOPs and SLAs.
• Communicate with partner agencies for training and education.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• At least 2+ years in training and development responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with TxDOT TMC operations and training.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and metrics in a TMC environment.
• The ability to address conduct and performance issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
