Senior Logistician - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Logistician to join our team, where you’ll gather and analyze data on product plans and project objectives while ensuring distribution and delivery commitments.

In Short

• Analyze data on product plans and project objectives.
• Provide tracking, status reports, and logistics plans.
• Develop policies and procedures for quality and cost control.
• Conduct distribution studies and monitor inventory.
• Manage program and project implementation.
• Contact suppliers for equipment and materials delivery.
• Follow up on purchase orders and resolve supplier issues.
• Limited travel may be required (<30%).
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Part of the Federal Solutions team supporting US government customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience or 9 years of logistics experience.
• 3 years of experience with Air Force Sustainment projects.
• Experience with Integrated Maintenance Management Systems (IMMS).
• Procurement experience in engineering and construction.
• Knowledge of vendor data control and purchasing activities.
• Ability to meet stringent medical clearance requirements.
• Adhere to vaccination protocols as determined by location.
