Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager- Cliff/Slope Stabilization to join our Qiddiya team, managing all on-site field construction activities for a large geotechnical project.

In Short

• Directs overall planning of construction activities.
• Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements.
• Ensures availability of subcontractors and major equipment.
• Monitors progress and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts performance evaluations and recommends promotions.
• Prepares reports summarizing construction progress.
• Maintains strong client and community relations.
• Ensures effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Serves as primary contact with client representatives.
• Requires willingness to relocate to construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in field construction.
• Experience in large civil/geotechnical projects preferred.
• Cliff/Slope Stabilization experience desired.
• Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes.
• Strong managerial capability required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
