Senior Civil Designer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Civil Designer to develop complex layout and design drawings while ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.

In Short

• Utilize CAD workstations to create complex design drawings.
• Ensure conformance to applicable standards and codes.
• Collaborate with Engineers and other disciplines.
• Check drawings prepared by others for accuracy.
• Assist in training lower-level Designers.
• Work on Civil infrastructure projects, including site design and drainage.
• Proficient in Civil 3D software.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• No security clearance required.
• Part of the Federal Solutions team serving US government customers.

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong PC and CAD skills.
• Experience in Civil infrastructure design.
• Ability to utilize advanced software for design assignments.
• Ability to meet layout requirements and develop alternate designs.
• Experience with US Government projects preferred.
