Overview

Parsons is hiring a Roadway Project Manager to support major regional transportation infrastructure projects, focusing on collaboration and project execution.

In Short

• Act as a company representative with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required (IN, OH, or TN).
• Experience in project delivery and technical design.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Familiarity with DOT projects and local regulations.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with team leadership and mentorship.
• Knowledge of state-specific design standards.
• Exposure to business administration tasks related to projects.
