Parsons is seeking a talented Resident Engineer to manage O&M contracts for parks in the Al Dhafra Region, ensuring operational goals are met through best practices.

• Oversee O&M contracts for parks across six cities in the Al Dhafra Region.
• Manage contract timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Communicate with architects and engineers for project insights.
• Ensure compliance with Emirate regulations and approved manuals.
• Document changes in project scope and design issues.
• Monitor procurement work, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and take corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Notify project management of all changes.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering (Civil or Agriculture).
• 15 years of practical O&M experience.
• 12 years as a landscape Resident Engineer or related field.
• General engineering background with landscaping project experience.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Supervisory experience on projects.
• Familiarity with CAD and engineering software.
