Stakeholder Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Stakeholder Engineer will coordinate with the Program team to ensure effective coordination and smooth approvals from all stakeholders, playing a critical role in stakeholder management for large-scale programs.

• Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders, authorities, and contractors.
• Arrange meetings, prepare presentations, and document minutes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing document submissions to authorities.
• Document and track all submissions and related correspondence.
• Administer the handover process of Roads Contracts.
• Prepare reports and guidelines related to stakeholder issues.
• Attend meetings and track required actions from stakeholders.
• Provide support for stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Maintain professional development for growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years focused on Stakeholder Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Prior senior stakeholder engagement experience on large scale programs.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with excellent technical report writing skills.
• Professional level use of MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Arabic Speaker preferred.
