Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design quality and coordination of various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with master plans and safety standards while managing creative design processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of architectural design and management experience.
• B.Arch or B.Sc in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Architecture preferred.
• International accreditations (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent).
• Sustainability certification (LEED, PQP, or equivalent).
• Outstanding creative and design skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Middle East is highly appreciated.
