Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead – Architect to join our team! The Lead – Architect is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all phases of detailed design projects under their direction.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer and Design Director.
• Lead analysis and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives.
• Review design drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Validate design calculations and ensure technical alignment.
• Approve equipment and component submittals.
• Provide field architectural quality assurance during construction.
• Liaise with Project Managers and internal/external team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
• Contribute to technical proposals and work plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in master planning and urban design.
• Proven experience managing teams in architecture/engineering firms.
• Strong leadership skills with a successful project delivery track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
