Overview

Parsons is seeking a talented Cost Engineer/Estimator to provide cost estimating services for various construction projects, including military facilities and infrastructure.

In Short

• Provide on-site cost estimating services for construction projects.
• Analyze designs and proposals to determine cost projections.
• Develop budget cost estimates for complex military construction.
• Support projects under construction with detailed cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of cost estimating experience.
• Experience with contracts valued over $50 million.
• Familiarity with project controls software.
• Prior experience on federal government projects is desired.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
