Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi / Al Ain, where you will supervise civil works related to utility services and infrastructure projects.

In Short

• Supervise site civil works including road and utility projects.
• Coordinate activities with the Resident Engineer for consistency.
• Review shop drawings, design proposals, and method statements.
• Maintain daily diaries and reports for site activities.
• Monitor construction team performance and resource scheduling.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site.
• Attend regular site meetings to address project issues.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure accuracy of records.
• Comply with health and safety management requirements.
• Conduct acceptance sampling and testing for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Experience in civil supervision for infrastructure projects in the Gulf region.
• Ability to review material submissions and technical reports.
• Proficient in computer technology and project-specific software.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in safety and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage and direct construction activities effectively.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards.
