In Short

• Support BIM implementation activities and project delivery teams.
• Develop 3D/2D models for drawing preparation and clash reporting.
• Ensure coordination of model interfaces with various disciplines.
• Prepare engineering drawings from models, including layouts and sections.
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
• Deliver Project Information Models in accordance with project protocols.
• Collaborate with lead technical engineers on timely deliverables.
• Maintain standards and libraries of Revit families/objects.
• Utilize a range of BIM authoring and collaboration platforms.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Revit experience with advanced skills.
• Proficiency in CAD design (AutoCAD and Revit).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to produce Revit families per project requirements.
• Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM standards.
• Experience with clash detection and federated models.
• Familiarity with BIM codes and standards (ISO19650, PAS1192-2).
• Knowledge of general BIM model requirements (LOD, naming conventions).
• Commitment to quality and adherence to project standards.
