Overview

The Rental Operations Supervisor at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for overseeing VacationShare and Rental Operations, enhancing revenue generation while fostering productive relationships with business partners.

• Supervise VacationShare and Rental Operations activities.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews for team growth.

• Maintain accurate records of coaching and performance discussions.
• Submit weekly performance reports to leadership.
• Work in a hybrid model: in-office Monday to Wednesday, remote Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in vacation ownership or hospitality industry.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various hospitality systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Experience with performance monitoring and feedback.
