Operations Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a team, ensuring that company objectives are met through effective management and development of team members.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day supervision to the IKCA Team.
• Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow.
• Conduct formal and ad hoc training.
• Manage teammate employment activities including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Address teammate relations issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate teammate development through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with wage & hour laws and employment policies.
• Review and approve time for direct reports.
• Attend and/or lead team meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Knowledge of employment policies and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.
• Understanding of patient care dynamics.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment.
