Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong track record with enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German (C1) and strong business English.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
