Overview

WTWH Media is seeking an Audience Growth Manager to join our dynamic team and lead growth initiatives for publications and products in our Healthcare vertical. The Audience Growth Manager will be a strategic thinker and problem solver, with a track record of driving growth and customer engagement through creative, data-driven programs. This role will be instrumental in guiding WTWH Media through the next phase of growth for our company across our healthcare channel. The ideal candidate will be experienced in audience development and digital marketing and prepared to drive user acquisition and retention through paid advertising, email marketing, content initiatives and more.

In Short

  • Grow audiences for paid subscription programs, newsletters, webinars, and live events
  • Increase the retention rate of customers who are currently on subscriptions, win back cancelled subscribers, and encourage customers to repurchase & upsell based on their hair goals
  • Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
  • Develop and execute programs to build out 1st-party data profiles
  • Analyze customer data to identify key insights and trends and use these insights to inform the development of targeted and relevant campaigns
  • Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, loyalty propositions, and retention programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration of programs and initiatives and ensure our programs reflect multiple customer touchpoints and customer types
  • Manage email marketing schedules
  • Improve, monitor and execute performance and database reporting to support business goals and ensure we’re hitting key KPI’s
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate these into the strategy
  • Supervise supporting member(s) of the audience team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with audience development in a media organization
  • Experience managing and growing paid subscriber bases
  • Bring a data-first mindset, with ability to analyze marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Lytics)
  • Serve as a digital thought leader, driving strategy behind activation for responsible channels and partnerships
  • Track record of success with paid audience acquisition campaigns
  • Good communicator, team player, ability to transmit messages cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Readiness for continuous improvement and professional development; proactively share recommendations, optimizations, and new opportunities; bring forward suggestions for improvements in ways of working
