Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical background in rules engines and payment systems.
• Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnership.
• Experience designing and implementing complex technical systems.
• Excellence in communication and process management.
• Strong mentorship abilities.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
