Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

In Short

  • Answer incoming customer calls concerning billing, trip information, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Note all incoming and outgoing contact information.
  • Route customer information via email to relevant co-workers.
  • Remain knowledgeable of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to promote growth within the function.
  • Support Quality Assurance checks by leadership.
  • Assist with outbound customer calls during non-peak periods.
  • Foster communication within the department and with management.
  • Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or post-high school graduate preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in computer skills and CRM systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to sustain long periods of inbound calls.
  • Analytical capacity to make decisions.
