Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent across a variety of roles.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Deliver a great candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial recruiting screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain interview and hiring records.
• Prepare and maintain headcount reports.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
