Senior Web & Content Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Web & Content Coordinator to lead and enhance our digital presence, driving supporter engagement across web, email, and digital campaigns.

In Short

• This is a 10-month parental leave replacement contract, with the possibility of extension.
• Manage and optimize English and French websites on Optimizely CMS.
• Develop and execute SEO/AEO and digital content strategies.
• Lead the development of the monthly eNewsletter and advocacy email campaigns.
• Create and oversee digital content and creative such as web pages, blogs, and videos.
• Maintain and optimize email marketing and engagement systems.
• Monitor and report on web and campaign performance with Google Analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web/digital marketing and CMS management.
• Strong SEO, SEM, and digital campaign expertise.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems like Optimizely.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks).
• Skilled in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Excellent writing skills for web and email engagement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
