Overview

The Senior Delivery Manager at WorkWave is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, ensuring successful project delivery, and maximizing customer value throughout their journey.

• Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate and lead large-scale and complex projects.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer relationships.
• Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues.
• Monitor churn risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior customer leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth and upsell opportunities.
• Coach junior team members as needed.
• Up to 10% travel required for customer meetings and events.

Requirements

• Experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software space.
• Extensive experience with SaaS and project methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Solid grasp of customer service and relationship management.
• Experience with enterprise-level accounts.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to make decisions with limited supervision.
