In Short

• Work from home position with remote options available.
• Drive successful execution of technology initiatives across multiple software development teams.
• Coordinate project execution, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure efficient delivery.
• Facilitate key team ceremonies and support teams in structured planning and execution.
• Use a mix of Agile and structured methodologies tailored to project complexity.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership on key initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery success.
• Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Opportunities for career growth within a publicly traded company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery or program management in a technology-driven organization.
• Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to facilitate key team ceremonies and mitigate risks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
