Overview

WorkWave is seeking a talented Application Consultant to support the implementation of our software and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for providing high quality professional services consultancy services to customers, achieving operational outcomes, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

In Short

• Implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work.
• Develop an understanding of each assignment according to defined customer requirements.
• Develop customer systems ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
• Support the customer through business change using technology and process improvements.
• Work with Project Leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a high level of governance and complete tasks within SLA.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation.
• Deliver expert knowledge of WorkWave products and services.
• Identify additional commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years consultancy or software implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective working relationships.
• High-level facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Experience of commercial decision making.
• Presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Timegate, Timegate+, Templa CMS.
• Ability to travel to Brierley Hill and customer sites regularly.
