As a Network Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting mental health professionals for our extensive network of providers.

In Short

• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals.
• Review provider applications for compliance.
• Develop understanding of credentialing standards.
• Conduct Primary Source Verification on licenses.
• Organize and maintain provider files.
• Analyze client needs and match with providers.
• Complete tasks adhering to production guidelines.
• Support the Billing Team when required.
• Respond to client and provider requests.
• Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in online research.
• Sales experience preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and Word.
