Overview

The EAP Clinical Counsellor will support the psychological health and resilience of clients through coaching, training, and psychological health plans.

• Remote position offering 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
• Responsible for creating and maintaining psychological health plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
• Facilitate training on well-being and resilience.
• Conduct resilience and well-being surveys.
• Maintain reports on psychological health data.
• Assist in developing promotional materials for services.
• Must be licensed to provide counselling in Ontario.
• Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counselling or related field.
• Licensed to provide counselling services in Ontario.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience.
• Experience in one-on-one and group interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Empathetic and trustworthy demeanor.
• Knowledge of psychological health best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
