The EAP Clinical Counsellor role is focused on providing emotional support and counseling to clients through various communication channels, ensuring they feel heard and cared for.

• Provide telephonic and video counseling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience.
• Experience with clinical assessments and counseling tools.
• Familiarity with short-term counseling modalities.
• Training in crisis intervention is beneficial.
• Able to work with clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
