Overview

The Global Clinical Infrastructure Manager will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations of the global infrastructure team and local service delivery partners, ensuring effective communication and management of clinical cases.

In Short

• Manage general email inquiries and assist with operational and clinical questions from partners.
• Contribute to the articulation of cases and procedures shared with Service Delivery.
• Assist in daily tracking and transfer of files, ensuring they are received and processed correctly.
• Verify case creation by partners and proactively resolve issues.
• Create training materials for clinical and operational needs.
• Help develop content for partner engagement.
• Contribute to monthly case audits.
• Support the Secret Shop program.
• Assist in service issue investigations.
• Support any project or goal determined by the Global Infrastructure team.

Requirements

• Social worker, counselor, or psychologist with required qualifications for being an EAP counselor.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• 2 to 5 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge and experience with EAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations.
• Experience in case management and WPO's general processes.
