Client Marketing Manager - ShareGate - Remote

Overview

As a Client Marketing Manager for ShareGate, you will drive programs that enhance customer relationships, stimulate expansion and renewal, and transform satisfied users into true advocates.

In Short

• Lead customer lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, adoption, renewal, upsell, cross-sell).
• Collaborate with account management to design campaigns that promote expansion and revenue growth.
• Build and evolve customer advocacy programs (reviews, case studies, community engagement, referral programs).
• Develop engaging customer communications across multiple channels (email nurture, in-product messaging, webinars, events).
• Utilize product usage data and customer feedback to optimize lifecycle campaigns.
• Mentor a small team responsible for lifecycle and advocacy initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing.
• Proven background in lifecycle marketing (onboarding, adoption, renewal).
• Experience in upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion programs.
• Experience in customer advocacy and/or community engagement.
• Strong skills in email marketing, nurture design, and automation (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Experience in managing and developing marketing professionals.
