Education & Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Education & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing class curriculum and preparing agents for quality project work in a virtual environment.

In Short

• Work virtually from home as a full-time Instructor.
• Design class curriculum for independent contractor PROs.
• Conduct research to understand client business and project requirements.
• Modify project documentation for virtual preparation methods.
• Prepare agents to complete projects competently.
• Assist with agent scheduling for new projects.
• Provide additional preparation for active agents as needed.
• Respond to preparation-related questions from PROs.
• Document and implement programs and processes.
• Provide results reporting to management and clients.

Requirements

• Experience as a Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Legal residency in one of the specified states.
