Overview

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for selling strategic HR solutions to large enterprise accounts, managing the entire sales process from prospect generation to closing sales.

  • Utilizing a virtual sales team effectively.
  • Consulting with C-level executives.
  • Exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Workforce Management, ERP, or HCM software.
  • Experience selling to large companies with over 5,000 employees.
  • Strong SaaS and Cloud software experience.
  • Ability to consult with CFOs and CIOs.
  • Hunter mentality for direct sales.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Foreign language skills in French and/or German are desirable.
