Architect for WorkForce SaaS Platform - Remote

Overview

An Architect helps drive our architecture vision in providing hands-on architecture guidance and oversight to a set of scrum teams, while closely collaborating with other architects and the Chief Architect to find innovative solutions to our business requirements that are high-quality, robust, and scalable.

In Short

• Implement and help determine vision and strategic architectural direction of the WorkForce SaaS platform.
• Develop architecture solutions that align with the vision that enable emerging technologies to solve key business requirements.
• Ensure proper architectural principles are being followed by the teams.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and cloud teams to understand and execute on architecture needs.
• Coordinate the defined architectural strategy in collaboration with leadership and our product management team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing technology for an enterprise-class, service-based SaaS application.
• Experience with large software suite as well as strong knowledge of current tools and technologies in this space.
• Experience in delivering services through CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience in public cloud architecture.
• Ability to build a product architecture that allows the business to pivot as customer requirements evolve.
• Strong communicator of architectural designs and documentation skills.
• Experience evaluating vendors and technologies.
• Extensive experience and awareness of modern tools and technologies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hands-on development, application design in the delivery of software products.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with a spectrum of test automation approaches across different testing needs.
