Overview

As a Customer Success & Support Representative at Workearly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by assisting learners and clients in navigating our educational platform and ensuring their success.

In Short

  • Present and explain educational programs to prospective learners and companies.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process and close registrations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for learners and clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Provide support on platform navigation and certification procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant programs.
  • Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and academic teams.
  • Offer feedback for continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, success, or sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, tech-enabled environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity suites.
