In Short

• Onboarding new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement.
• Engaging with customers to gather integration and automation requirements.
• Sharing best practices related to deployment models and integration design.
• Working closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements.
• Becoming a Workato evangelist and trusted customer advisor.
• Conducting post-onboarding deployment health checks.
• Creating or enhancing content for the technical consulting team.
• Delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
• Managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
• Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres.
• Experience with at least one Integration Platform, such as Workato or MuleSoft.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
