Overview

As a Client Onboarding Advisor at Aiometrix, you will be the strategic partner and first point of contact for newly signed clients, leading their onboarding journey and ensuring they achieve value from day one.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients post-sale.
  • Design onboarding plans based on SOPs.
  • Guide clients in using Aiometrix features for business outcomes.
  • Promote successful adoption and ROI through advisement.
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with clients.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
  • Contribute to optimizing support documentation and workflows.
  • Uphold Aiometrix’s values through personalized client interaction.
  • Work remotely aligned with PST hours.
  • Be part of a dynamic environment fostering collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience in client onboarding or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and implement onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic value to clients.
  • Empathetic and professional client interaction skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
