Through its affiliate, WDN Action (a 501(c)(4) organization), WDN focuses on transforming policies and political infrastructure to center the leadership of historically excluded communities. With a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive community, WDN fosters collaboration among a multiracial and multigenerational team of 25 individuals who are passionate about social justice. The organization is currently in the second year of its strategic plan, aiming to amplify its impact and create a just and sustainable world where everyone can determine their own futures.
