  • Working together with the team leads to ensure great customer experience.
  • Guide and mentor team leads to improve and reach their KPIs.
  • Share information and provide training on new work procedures and product features.
  • Improve the hiring process with a focus on well-being and career paths.
  • Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a Team Lead in customer service.
  • Motivated by developing teams and customer experience programs.
  • Proven experience in leading large scale support teams.
  • Data-driven decision making skills.
  • Ability to map areas of improvement and manage CX programs.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
