Overview

The Voice of Customer Team Lead will be responsible for enhancing the user experience for all of Wolt’s customers through cross-functional projects.

In Short

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience.
  • Manage multiple coinciding CX projects effectively.
  • Identify and articulate insights from various data points.
  • Configure and scale tools to improve customer experience.
  • Work primarily with Excel for analytics and Looker for visibility.

Requirements

  • 4 years as an Analyst or Project Manager in a fast growth tech company.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools like Looker.
  • 1-2 years experience in team management.
  • Experience with customer support automations and Bot solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate insights.
  • Enjoy leading and multitasking multiple projects.
