Brand Success Manager - Ethical Fashion Marketplace - Remote

Working to support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home and wellness through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles. We are a rapidly growing scale-up business, now entering an exciting new phase of growth and looking to expand our team of c.110 people currently located between London, New York and Los Angeles. In Short

• Account manage and support our growing collective of US-based brands.
• Act as primary point of contact for US brands, providing guidance on opportunities to improve their storefront.
• Run regular reviews with Pro brands to cover performance and revenue growth opportunities.
• Identify commercial and process improvement opportunities for account management.
• Collaborate with various teams in London, NY, and LA.
• Manage cross-functional brand improvement initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics.
• Attend in-person events in our SoHo, New York store.
• Drive the sign-up of relevant brands for our stores.
• Refine the Brand Success strategy and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in account management or customer success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and trends.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend in-person events.
