  • Conducts training for staff on Utilization Review processes and clinical guidelines.
  • Creates educational materials by collaborating with various departments.
  • Partners with Workforce Planning to develop effective training schedules.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities within staff training.
  • Conducts focused training on HealthHelp policies and clinical processes.
  • Reviews quality audit findings and provides coaching to staff.
  • Assesses effectiveness of educational content and delivery methods.
  • Advises leadership on individual performance improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and HealthHelp policies.
  • Provides high-level support to internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current, active RN, LVN, or LPN license in the U.S.
  • 2 years of clinical care or managed care experience.
  • 1 year of training experience, either virtual or face-to-face.
  • Preferred experience in Utilization Management or Clinical Care Coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with webinars and conference calls.
