Overview

The Services Transition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end transition of client business processes into the BPO delivery environment, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.

In Short

  • Manage the transition lifecycle from contract signature to steady-state operations.
  • Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  • Conduct due diligence and process mapping.
  • Define and track Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC).
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and documentation handover.
  • Manage cutover planning and early life support.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks.
  • Track and report on transition KPIs.
  • Support creation of transition plans for RFx processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in BPO transitions or project management.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operating models and SLAs.
  • Experience in transitioning finance, HR, or customer service processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Six Sigma.
  • Experience with global transitions across geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
